<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a read-only optical information recording medium provided with a reflection film having high reflectance and a low jitter value and preferably having excellent durability and suitably used for an optical disk using a blue laser such as a BD-ROM and an HD DVD-ROM. <P>SOLUTION: In the read-only optical information recording medium, at least one layer of the reflection layer composed of an Al based alloy and at least one layer of a light transmission layer are sequentially layered on a substrate.
