摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium in which a content of a DVD video inhibited in copying can not be copied, but a content of a DVD video not inhibited in copying or a content of self-recorded video can be copied at least once. SOLUTION: In the information recording medium recording and playing back information making an error correction block as a unit of recording/reproducing, a recording region which is constituted making the error correction block recording the information as a unit of recording/reproducing and which has first depth, and a pre-pit region in which a pre-pit region in which the error correction block can be played back as a unit of recording/reproducing is formed and which has second depth have a boundary being different from a unit of the error correction block between the recording regions.
