An automatic evaluation method for urban performance for automatically evaluating the urban performance of quantitatively index is provided to increase the number of checklists by minimizing meaning loss. A change of a present urban state is indicated in a specific method(S101). If a task completed through a program such as an AutoCAD, the worked AutoCAD file is stored(S102). An AutoCAD file is read out in residential performance evaluation system(S103). A common urban model is extracted based on the read file(S104). The check-list of the character style is transformed to the illustration common model form consisting of the question to relation between the question about the dot product attribute of the unit function space and the unit function space(S105). The illustration present condition and the check-list transformed to the common model are compared. |
