A multi-stage blade wind power generation system is provided to efficiently improve the output of the generation of electric power. A multi-stage blade wind power generation system comprises: a shaft assembly(20) in which a main shaft delivering the rotation power to the inside of a shaft housing(10) is installed; a wing part(30) rotated with the wind; a rotation power transmission part(50) delivering the torque to the main shaft; a direction control part(60) controlling the wing of the wing part to be faced with the direction in which the wind rises; a wind direction and speed detecting unit(70) generating a direction controlling signal of the direction control part and a wind velocity signal; a break part(80) braking the main shaft; and a blade tilting part(40) inclining the wing toward the angle of the minimum drag to the wind.
