A composition having excellent antagonistic ability against tomato late blight is provided to prevent tomato or potato late blight and restrain ecosystem from being devastated caused by overuse of agricultural chemicals. A composition having excellent antagonistic ability against tomato late blight contains Staphylococcus sp. strain AP27(KACC91291P) separated from fermented seafood. The Staphylococcus sp. strain AP27(KACC91291P) separated from fermented seafood shows excellent antagonistic ability against tomato late blight. An agricultural microorganism medicine includes a culture fluid of the Staphylococcus sp. strain AP27(KACC91291P). The culture fluid is treated by plants in order to prevent tomato late blight.
