<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture pellets of an aluminum foil piece-mixed resin of≤0.1% in moisture content. <P>SOLUTION: A kneading step of preparing the kneaded mixture of aluminum foil pieces and a resin by kneading the aluminum foil pieces while crushing the aluminum foil within an extruder 10, a granulating step of forming the resultant kneaded material into a strand in a molten state from the hole of a die 13, and cutting the strand in the molten state by a cutter while bringing the strand into contact with the mist generated while supplying warm water for cooling within a cutting unit 20 to thereby form the pellets internally having excess heat, a dehydrating step of feeding the pellets having the excess heat together with the warm water into a cylindrical screen 33 and dehydrating the pellets while conveying the pellets from a lower part to an upper part, a moisture removing step of removing the moisture of the pellets by rotating the pellets together with air within a cylindrical body 41 while downwardly conveying the pellets, a sieving step of sieving only the pellets with a sieving device 50, and a drying step of transferring the pellets to an agitating machine 63 with air, and agitating and drying the pellets while blowing the air, are performed in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
