PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of transmission efficiency of depressing force on a brake pedal when an operation form of the brake pedal by a driver is changed.

SOLUTION: A brake control device 1 includes an operation form estimation means 1e, a physique estimation means 1f and an attitude setting means 1g. The operation form estimation means 1e estimates the operation form of the brake pedal 20 by the driver of a vehicle 100. The physique estimation means 1f estimates the driver's physique based on positional information on a seat on which the driver sits.
