PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GND connection structure of a flexible printed board capable of stabilizing GND connection with a simple structure, and of reducing size and thickness. SOLUTION: This flexible printed board includes: a wiring pattern and a first GND pattern 18 formed on one-side surface of a base material 11 formed of an insulation film; an insulation cover 19 covering the wiring pattern and the first GND pattern; and a second GND pattern 12 formed on the other-side surface of the base material 11; and formed into a structure without arranging an insulation cover covering the GND pattern 12. When the flexible printed board is connected and arranged in a portable terminal device, the GND pattern 12 is brought into contact with a conductive material 14 on the portable terminal device side to secure a GND area by the conductive material 14 on the portable terminal device side.
