PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening fastener which enables fastening by access only from one side of a member and which forms a large bearing surface, and which has a broad scope of application with respect to the thickness of the member to be fastened. SOLUTION: The fastening fastener 1 is provided with a female screw member 3 and a male screw member 2 which can be screwed into the female screw member 3. A notch 35 is provided to one end of the female screw member, and is extended from the edge end in a fixed distance. The male screw member 2 has a screw head 21 constituted at one end so that its radius gradually becomes larger from the male screw part to its edge end, and a screw driver part 22 provided at the other end. The size of the cross section of the screw head is smaller than that of the cross section of the through holes A1, B1 provided to the members A, B to be fastened respectively. The female screw member part with the notch provided is brought into contact with the screw head, and is radially spread by screwing the male screw member into the female screw member.
