PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending support tool of a suspended object and a suspending support structure using this support tool, for easily and surely suspending and supporting the suspended object in a space such as the ceiling inside. SOLUTION: This suspending support tool is composed of a wire body 1 of a filament arranged in the ceiling, a wire 2 capable of fixing the suspended object P such as a pipe, and a fixture 3 connected to one end of the wire 2. The fixture 3 is composed of a body part 31 provided with a fixing part 31a fixable to the wire body 1 and a receiving member 32 for fixing an upper end part of the wire 2. A threadedly engaging part 32a is formed in one of the body part 31 and the receiving member 32, and a threadedly engaging object part 31b threadedly engageable with the threadedly engaging part 32a is formed in the other.
