PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening section equipment with excellent security, which can be locked only by closing a sash. SOLUTION: This opening section equipment has a structure in which the sash 2 provided in a frame body 1 is opened/closed by being rotated on a shaft. A lock device 10 for locking the sash 2 in a closed state so as to disable the opening of the sash 2 is provided. The lock device 10 is provided with a detection member 21 for detecting that the sash 2 is almost closed, by being pushed by a stile 2d. The lock device 10 is provided with an interlocking bar 30 for inhibiting the opening of the sash 2 by locking a pin-2f-to-be-locked of the stile 2d. The lock device 10 is provided with a lock arm 14 for driving the interlocking bar 30 so as to inhibit the opening of the sash 2. The lock device 10 is provided with a rotary plate 19 which transmits the detection of the almost full closing of the sash 2 to the lock arm 14 when the almost full closing of the sash 2 is detected by the detection member 21.
