摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method by which two base materials are joined rigidly at high dimensional accuracy and efficiently joined at low temperature partially in a partial region and a joined body which is made by joining the two base materials partially in the partial region by using such joining method. SOLUTION: This joining method includes: a stage where a joining film 3a is formed in the first region 310a of a portion on a first base material 21, while a first adherend 41 is made and also a second joining film 3b is formed in a second region 310b which is set by a pattern different from the first region 310a in a portion on a second base material 22; a stage where the joining films are activated by imparting energy to each of joining films 3a, 3b and by desorbing a leaving group from the inside of each of joining films 3a, 3b; and a stage where the joined body which is made by being partially joined in the portion where respective regions 310a, 310b are overlapped by laminating two adherends 41, 42 so that the respective joining films 3a, 3b are closely adhered together.
