The device has a carriage part (1) connected with a gear mechanism such as power transmission part (8) and spring (9), and a loop-around fitting (7) and a locking unit (3) arranged on another carriage part (2). The two carriage parts are held in a distance from each other in normal operation by a mechanical pre-stressing in a carriage longitudinal direction, where the distance between the two carriage parts is changeable during the exceeding of the mechanical pre-stressing by a force acting on the carriage part (2), for triggering the locking unit into an engagement position.
