The turbine has an outside support frame (3) for accommodation, attachment and storage of a rotor assembly, a radial flow rotor disk (1) and for attachment of upper and lower cover plates, and for attachment of motors for driving the disk. The frame is provided for attachment of generators (10) or other machines or systems, which are driven by the rotor assembly. The turbine is turned over a longitudinal axis or transverse axis, horizontal and vertically axes. A blade assembly is built between upper and lower, circular, horizontal lying disks along a circumference in a distributed manner.
