<p>A method, equipment and system are disclosed for identifying service type and establishing service according to the identifier to improve user experience. The method for identifying service type includes: step 1, selecting the sub-service in the converged messaging service; step 2, identifying the selected sub-service in the message. The session type information is obtained by the two session users prior to the session by means of identifying the different service types, which thereby enables the user experience. At the same time, the resource distribution, recording of charge messages and other necessary tasks which are needed by the service are completed according to the pre-configuration of the system by using the means in the converged service system. This reduces the processing service complexity of the converged service system, and increases the ability of said system to process different service types.</p> |
