A tappet device is provided to open and shut a cam by using a locking device including a pin moving with the fluid pressure. A tappet device comprises: a case(103) supplied with the power from a cam; a locking device(100) open and shut the cam; a first elastic member(113) moving a column between a guide(107) of the locking device and the column(111) to a home position; and a guide positioned inside the case, having one or more paths on inside. The column is selectively delivered the power relative to the location of a pin(109). The locking device comprises the pin moving relative to the fluid pressure, arranged in the path.
