摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when an electric vehicle is moved while being pushed by hand, an accelerator of the electric vehicle is in an OFF-state, therefore, regenerative control is executed and a braking force acts on wheels, consequently, a load is applied to a user when moving the electric vehicle by hand. SOLUTION: An electric vehicle comprises a battery 1, a power converter 2, an electric motor (a motor) 3, a drive wheel 4, a control part 5, an accelerator 6, a brake 7, and a rotation sensor 8. The control part 5 detects the velocity by the rotation sensor 8. When a first velocity threshold is set as Vt1, a second velocity threshold as Vt2, and the thresholds as Vt1<Vt2, regenerative control is permitted in the case when a traveling velocity is further increased above the second velocity threshold, and it is prohibited in the case when the traveling velocity is further decreased below the first velocity threshold.
