PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device wherein the circuit area can be reduced. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 100 includes a first piezoelectric actuator whose capacitance is increased by the application of a voltage; a second piezoelectric actuator whose capacitance is increased by the application of voltage; and a power supply device that supplies voltage to the first piezoelectric actuator and the second piezoelectric actuator. The power supply device includes a shared power supply circuit that increases the supply voltage; a first branch power supply circuit that is connected to the shared power supply circuit and is used to increase the output voltage of the shared power supply circuit and supply voltage to the first piezoelectric actuator; and a second branch power supply circuit that is connected to the shared power supply circuit and is used to increase the output voltage of the shared power supply circuit and the supply voltage to the second piezoelectric actuator.
