PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, in conventional headphone devices, excessive expansion in low-pitched tones and excessive extension in high-pitched tones within a housing could be solved, only in relation to electrical signals so that the use over a long time, or volume higher than needed causes loss of hearing. SOLUTION: A housing and a filter are formed from porous ceramics, while they not only control sounding from a speaker unit, in an electrical signal manner, but also paying attention to the sound absorption effects of the porous ceramics by an idea from the starting point of sound characteristics, such as absorption, reflection and permeation.
