摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the reliable section related to an estimated value of the ionosphere delay in a satellite based augmentation system (SBAS). SOLUTION: A plurality of monitoring stations for creating the ionosphere delay and other correction information based on positioning signals from a navigation satellite are arranged at known points, and a plurality of GPS receivers for receiving the positioning signals from the navigation satellite and measuring the ionosphere delay, respectively, are arranged at points other than the monitoring stations. Four IGPs that are adjacent mutually and form a quadrangle receive the positioning signals from the navigation satellite, determine the ionosphere delay, and determine planes showing the ionosphere delay at points in a region surrounded by the four IGPs, respectively, and determine the measured value of the ionosphere delay measured by each of the GPS receivers. The maximum value of the difference between the plane related to the ionosphere delay at the points in the region surrounded by the four IGPs and the measured values determined for the respective GPS receivers is set as the correction information of the reliable section related to the estimated values of the ionosphere delay.
