PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of rapidly filtering many desired frequency components and executing APD measurement while possessing a filter bank that can be constituted easily. SOLUTION: A hardware constitution is clearly divided into a data storage section 230 for successively capturing data timewise, a filter coefficient memory 260 for generating filter coefficients, a filter operation section 240 for operation based on the storage section and the memory, and a timing generation section 280 for making the data storage section, the filter coefficient memory, and the filter operation section in timing.
