PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color treatment having effects of improving functions of ameliorating hair or skin by formulating various kinds of natural product extract essences containing somatit. SOLUTION: The color treatment comprises an organogermanium, the natural product extract essences containing the somatit and anion water activated with tourmaline. The functions of ameliorating the hair or skin lacking in existing products can be improved by synergistic effects of the ingredients. Since an HC pigment and a basic pigment are contained as a pigment ingredient, patch tests before use are not required as opposed to the case where an oxidation dye is used.
