PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue agent which is safe for human, animals, and the like, can therefore continuously be taken, and is effective for preventing and/or treating fatigue, and to provide a medicine composition containing the same. SOLUTION: Provided are the anti-fatigue agent containing arachidonic acid, a compound containing the arachidonic acid as a constituting fatty acid, or their mixture as an active ingredient, and the medicine composition.
