PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fuel used in a burner used for heating, to reduce a generated amount of a carbon dioxide, to save fossil resources, and to carry out the effective use of waste oil generated from fossil resource oil or the like, and waste vegetable oil generated from cooking oil. SOLUTION: The burning tube is provided on a gun type burner or the like being a conventional spraying, mixing, and combustion system, air is sent from a blowing nozzle into the burning tube, a rotating swirling spiral current is formed on a burning tube inner circumference, and the supply of an extremely large heat quantity to a target is made possible by a change of a combustion form of the main burner.
