摘要 <p>A target compound is trapped by an adsorbent within trap column (7) held in approximately vertical uprising form by column rack (8), and the interior thereof is replaced by water for washing. Thereafter, dichloromethane with a specific gravity greater than that of water, not miscible with water, is slowly introduced from entrance edge (7a) at the inferior end by liquid feed pump (5). The water in the trap column (7) is pushed up by the dichloromethane, flowing out from exit edge (7b) and discarded through 2-way switch valve (12) and waste liquid channel (14). As the dichloromethane leaches the trapped target compound, when the eluate from the trap column (7) is changed through water and emulsion to dichloromethane, the target compound of satisfactory concentration is contained in the eluate and thus the 2-way switch valve (12) is switched to fractionation channel (13). Consequently, there can be attained satisfactory removal of water, recovery of the eluate containing the target compound in recovery vessel (17) and rapidly obtaining of the target compound in solid form.</p>
