摘要 <p>In an X-ray line sensor (1), a scintillator layer (24) absorbing X-rays in a low energy range for light emission is in contact with a scintillator layer (26) absorbing X-rays in a high energy range for light emission, and the scintillator layer (24) which is on a front side is smaller in thickness than the scintillator layer (26) on a rear side. Accordingly, an amount of mismatch between a light emitting position (P1) in the scintillator layer (24) and a light emitting position (P2) in the scintillator layer (26) would be smaller for an X-ray in the low energy range and an X-ray in the high energy range incident on the front side at a same angle, so that a light emitted from the scintillator layer (24) and a light emitted from the scintillator layer (26) will be detected by a light-detecting section (16) and a light-detecting section (23) facing each other. Accordingly, any mismatch may be prevented between an X-ray transmission image of the low energy range and an X-ray transmission image of the high energy range that are obtained simultaneously.</p>
