A duplexer comprising an elastic wave element having first and second terminals, a substrate mounting the elastic wave element on the surface, a first columnar conductor connected electrically with the first terminal and led out to the backside of the substrate while being buried partially in the substrate, a second columnar conductor connected electrically with the second terminal and led out to the backside of the substrate while being buried partially in the substrate, a first ground pattern region arranged between the first and second columnar conductor lead-out portions on the backside of the substrate, a second ground pattern region connected electrically with the first ground pattern on the backside of the substrate and not arranged between the first and second columnar conductor lead-out portions, and a third columnar conductor connected electrically with the first ground pattern while being buried partially in the substrate.
