摘要 A light emitting device having uniform brightness distribution is provided to offer a small light emitting device by obtaining uniform brightness distribution through wide directivity angle and to manufacture the light emitting device easily. A substrate(11) has the first and the second wiring structure. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) chip(12) comprises first and second electrodes(17a,17b), first and second conductive bumps(16a,16b) and a transparent resin layer(13). The first and the second electrode are formed in one page of the LED chip. An LED chip is mounted on the substrate so that the first and the second conductive bump be electrically connected to the respective first and the second wiring structure and the electrode forming surface face substrate. An underfill resin part(15) is filled in substrate and LED chip intervening space at least.
