<p>The method involves comparing an output voltage of a digital-to-analog converter (20) with a voltage of a low-pass loop filter (15) for automatic calibrating a power gain of the converter. One of low-pass phase-lock loops is opened and other loop is closed in a modulation phase to modulate data by a reference oscillator (2). The oscillator is controlled by the voltage using a succession of control words derived from a gaussian type digital filter (30) and a transmission data base (31), where the words are provided to the calibrated converter and a delta-sigma modulator (11). An independent claim is also included for a frequency synthesis tuner for implementing a frequency synthesis tuner self-calibrating method.</p> |
