A belt cleaner apparatus is provided to allow the user to remove the belt cleaner and then install or replace the inner components of the chute easily, and to prevent damage to the belt by controlling the pressure of tip applied to the belt properly. A belt cleaner apparatus comprises a first plate equipped with a pair of anchor bolts; a second plate having a through hole which the pair of anchor bolts pass through; a body consisting of a housing, a core, an elastic body, and a long bolt; an adjusting ring inserted in the circumference of the body and having an extension arm on one side; an adjusting screw part consisting of an adjusting bolt pinned on the first plate, an adjusting nut screwed on the adjusting bolt and combined with an extension arm of the adjusting ring; a tension unit(100) jointed and fixed to the long bolt; a fixing plate; a support member which is positioned apart from the fixing plate; a cushion member injection-molded between the fixing plate and the support member; a tip body screwed on the upper end of each support member; and a cleaner unit(200) with a tip combined in the leading end of the tip body.
