UNDERLAY TRANSMISSION METHOD IN COGNITIVE RADIO BASED WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An underlay transmission method of a mobile communication system based on wireless recognition is provided to adaptively adjust transmitting power dense according to interference strength of an adjacent terminal in a state that a frequency bandwidth is fixed, thereby maximizing data transceiving efficiency with low complexity. A transmission node calculates the first transmission power dense in which receiving power dense of adjacent terminals is smaller than the first critical value(S55). The transmission node calculates the second transmission dense in which receiving power dense of a destination node is smaller than the second transmission power dense(S56). The transmission node calculates transmission power dense which is smaller than the first transmission power dense and larger than the second transmission power dense(S57). The transmission node transmits a signal through an underlay transmission method to the destination node by using the calculated adaptive transmission power dense and the fixed bandwidth(S58).
