The device has an annular cover (30) mounted in a sealed manner on a radial end face of an annular support part. A sealing is provided by an annular gasket (66) mounted between the support part and the cover. An annular channel (84) provides a flow of pressurizing and cooling air, where the annular channel opens out in a vicinity of a sealing gasket at an interface between mounting surfaces of the gasket.
