MULTIPLE-VALUED SET LOGIC CIRCUITS

摘要

A multiple-valued single electron logic circuit is provided to improve integration of the device by connecting two single electron transistors to one field effect transistor in parallel or series. A first single electron transistor(SET1) and a second single electron transistor(SET2) have each lateral gates(Gate1, Gate2) and an input voltage terminal(Vin1, Vin2). A constant current source(VD1, VD2) applies the constant current. The constant current source is connected to the drain of the field effect transistor. The constant-current source is connected to the drain of the first and second single electron transistors and the gate of the field effect transistor.
