The plate (1) has a bearing plate provided with a bearing at a rear side (5), where the bearing is formed by a spring element (7) e.g. coach spring, which is connected with the plate at an end and at an aperture and is connected with operating keys (3, 3') at another end and at another aperture. The spring element is provided with a neck, and is manufactured from metal e.g. spring steel. The spring element is pre-stressed so that the operating keys are retained in an initial position. The operating keys are rotatably supported at the rear side for flushing activation.
