A binaphthal compound is provided to improve the solubility of an organic solvent and the amorphousness of a film, and to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and drive durability at low driving voltage. A binaphthal compound has a structure of the following chemical formula (I). In the chemical formula (I), Ar is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, substituted or unsubstituted fluorenyl group or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic group; X1-X25 is a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group; and R1-R4 shows a hydrogen atom or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group. |
