Process for the manufacure of an amla composition

A process for the manufacture of an amla composition is disclosed, comprising the steps of: (a) providing amla extract starting material; (b) adding several volumes of amla juice to the starting material; (c) subjecting the mixture to a concentration process; and (d) adding further amla juice to the mixture, repeating the concentration process. In addition, an amla comprising composition is described.
