A static mixer type heat exchanger is provided to miniaturize a heat exchanger and to increase the heating surface area in order to raise the heat exchange efficiency as top and bottom plate and a left and right baffle plate are set up in the inside of the heat exchanger. A static mixer type heat exchanger comprises: a static mixer(18) fixed inside a shell(4), mixing raw material while passing through the raw material; and a tube(12) connecting through in the static mixer. The static mixer delivers the heat of the steam passing through the tube to the raw material which is flowed into an inlet pipe and is ejected to an outlet pipe(10). The static mixer is made of an influx unit, a stirring part and the outlet part. The influx unit and the outlet part are made of a plurality of the top and bottom baffle plate. The stirring part is made of a plurality of a right and left baffle plates. |
