A problem controlling method and a system thereof, a problem printing method and a system thereof through network are provided to control the problem in a system equipping database connected to network. An interface unit(210) receives one of user ID, ID information about a kind of a problem and contents corresponding to identification information. A controller(230) produces an information about the received problem. Information about the problem corresponding to the query is read out. The information is outputted and the control signal is generated. Database stores contents information corresponding to identification information about the kind of the problem received from the interface unit. The controller produces the control signal which more prints out the open question local information.
