<p>The evaporator has a supply (1) of liquid to be evaporated, and an evaporation unit (16) bordered by a set of liquid supply channels (2). A set of working electrodes (3) forms a part of a wall of one of the channels. A set of counter electrodes (7) is arranged at a distance to the working electrodes, where an electrical field produced by an electrical voltage between the working electrodes and the counter electrodes causes a movement of the liquid through the channels. The channels have circular cross section. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing vapor from liquid.</p> |
