Processing device and method of the lubricating oil and organic solvent resin vessel are provided, which comply with the recycle of the resources as well as the prevention of the environmental contamination. A processing method of the lubricating oil and organic solvent resin vessel comprises: a keeping stage keeping collection, and the carried waste resin container; a fetching stage transferring of the kept waste resin container; an oil collecting step; a pulverizing step pulverizing the transferred waste resin container into semi-product; a collecting step collecting vapor in the crush process of the semi-product; a medium storage step which transfers the pulverized semi-product and stores it; an oil separation step that centrifuges the residual waste oil; and a final storage step storing the finished product.
