A desiccant rotor, a manufacturing device of the desiccant rotor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the dehumidifying performance by including volatility materials in raw materials of the rotor. A desiccant rotor manufacturing device comprises: a case in which raw materials(130) of a desiccant rotor is put; and a molding unit(100) formed with a plurality of projections(104) passing through the case. The case consisting of an upper case(110) and a lower case(120) forms a plurality of through grooves(114,124) in which the respective projection is penetrated. The raw materials are made of volatility materials disappearing while being heat with a heater, powder having a hygroscopic property, and a binder ossifying the powder.
