A filler for oil mixture prevention of the diesel vehicle is provided to prevent the safety accident in which the gasoline is fueled by setting up a flapper within fuel inlet of diesel vehicle. A filler for oil mixture prevention of the diesel vehicle comprises recessed portions(11,12) which are formed in the lower part constant section vertically, a retainer(10) which has a hinge housing on the end part of the front or rear parts, a flapper(20) shutting off the bottom opening of retainer tightly, and a flapper holder which is interposed in the either side cutouts of retainer(30). The flapper is combined with the hinge pin in the hinge housing. The flapper holder includes a button portion in which a leading end is round, an elastic support(32) giving the reaction elasticity, and a fixing flapper(33) including a stopping jaw(33a).
