Thereby, the discharge tubes 15 can be lighted, even if a power board 16 is not connected to the relay connectors 14. At the time, the lighting jig 80 is arranged to face the back surface of the chassis 13, and therefore optical sheets 10S can be mounted to the chassis 13 from the front side.
