<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly develop a frozen material that plays a role of garnishing served with raw fish by freezing ocean deep water and natural flowers since ocean deep water has mineral components abundantly and excellent cleaning properties and longtime preservation of flowers seasonally in full bloom in a state as they are is taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen material is obtained by preparing a mixture of ocean deep water and fresh water in a ratio of approximately 1:1, since salt is coagulated and transparency is reduced when ocean deep water is frozen, putting the prepared mixture in a state of sterilization treatment by boiling together with natural flowers in a plastic bag with a zipper, removing bubbles in the bag and closing a zipper and freezing the mixture and the natural flowers with putting flower surfaces down in a tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
