<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a solar cell for inducing optical confinement effect by a transparent composite sheet with the selective wavelength reflection rate improved therein and obtaining high conversion efficiency in the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for the solar cell is constituted of the transparent composite sheet containing a transparent resin and spherical nanoparticles, where the spherical nanoparticles constitute a filling array structure. It is favorable that a whole light beam transmittance is≥80% under light irradiation and also light by structure coloring is reflected in the transparent composite sheet, and the average particle size of primary particles in the spherical nanoparticles is 15-500 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
