摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device which can detect a position of a detected object regardless of operation patterns of the detected object concerned which displaces linearly. SOLUTION: The sensor device includes a detecting coil 21 arranged to orient a direction of winding shaft toward a predetermined straight line direction, a conductive pipe 31 arranged movably at the above winding shaft direction depending on displacement of the detected object to vary the insertion volume into the tube of the detecting coil 21, and a controlling board 4 outputting position signal proportional to displacement of the detected object based on inductance variation of the detecting coil 21 responding to displacement of the conductive cylindrical pipe 31.
