PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide housing facility capable of detecting body temperature of a user of housing devices with high precision. SOLUTION: As a person enters a first area in front of a mirror 4, a signal processing device 15 lights a lighting device 5. As the person entering the first area then enters a second area that is close to an infrared ray transmission portion 10, body temperature of the person is measured by a quantum type infrared sensor 13, and its result is displayed on a display panel 14. When the person stops being detected in the second area, measuring and displaying of the body temperature are stopped. As the person then leaves the first area, the lighting device 5 is lighted off.
