<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size of an outer shape by mounting an electronic component without increasing a width of a circuit board for connecting lead plates on both side edges. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a battery holder 2 having a plurality of batteries 1 arranged in multiple stages and multiple lines, the lead plates 5 connected to the batteries 1, and the circuit board 6 connected to the lead plates 5. The circuit board 6 fixes the electronic component for achieving a protection circuit. The battery holder 2 connects the lead plates 5 to end part electrodes of the batteries 1 exposed from both side surfaces. Both side edges of the circuit board 6 are arranged on both side surfaces of the battery holder 2, and the respective lead plates 5 are connected in predetermined positions. The lead plate 5 includes an output lead plate 5X connected to an output terminal, and an intermediate lead plate 5Y for connecting the batteries 1 in series and in parallel. A connection tab 5A connected to the circuit board 6 is provided on an end part close to the circuit substrate 6.
