PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control device of a working vehicle for controlling to stably operate a working device driven by power from an external power takeout shaft being a driving system separate from a travel driving system, when operating a shift device of the travel driving system for deceleration as an engine load becomes large. SOLUTION: This load control device includes a working state detecting means 74 for discriminating the existence of operation of a PTO system working device for transmitting engine power via the external power takeout shaft of a separate system from the travel driving system, and controls so that a deceleration operation quantity by a shift operation means when detecting an operation state of the PTO system working device, becomes larger than a deceleration operation quantity when detecting a nonoperating state of the PTO system working device.
