PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrum measuring device for a moving body which can discriminate a measuring object with higher accuracy, by reducing a change of a spectrum waveform caused by movement of the moving body generated in image data (spectrum data) by a spectrum sensor loaded on the moving body such as a vehicle. SOLUTION: The spectrum measuring device for the moving body for discriminating the measuring object on the periphery of the vehicle 10 based on a spectrum waveform of observation light detected by the spectrum sensor 14 includes: a dictionary data storage part 16 for storing spectrum waveforms of a plurality of measuring objects as dictionary data; an operation device 17 for discriminating the measuring object, based on comparison operation between the spectrum waveform of the observation light and the spectrum waveforms stored in the dictionary data storage part 16; and a vehicle state acquisition device 19 for acquiring the speed of the vehicle 10. The operation device 17 corrects the spectrum waveform of the observation light based on the speed of the vehicle 10, and performs comparison operation of the correction result with the spectrum waveforms stored in the dictionary data storage part 16.
